By installing and using Sweeplify ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Sweeplify is a Shopify application that helps store owners identify and clean up orphaned files, duplicate content, broken links, and other issues that affect store performance. The App provides scanning, reporting, and cleanup tools.

3. Account and Access

To use Sweeplify, you must:

Have an active Shopify store
Install the App through the Shopify App Store
Grant the necessary permissions for the App to function
Maintain accurate account information

4. Subscription and Billing

Sweeplify offers subscription plans billed through Shopify. By subscribing:

You authorize Shopify to charge your payment method
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled
You can cancel at any time through your Shopify admin
Refunds are handled according to Shopify's policies

5. Free Trial

We offer a 7-day free trial for new users. During the trial, you have access to all features of your selected plan. After the trial ends, your subscription will begin unless you cancel before the trial period ends.

6. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

Use the App only for its intended purpose
Review items before confirming deletion or modification
Maintain backups of important data
Not attempt to reverse engineer or exploit the App
Comply with Shopify's Terms of Service

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the App, you consent to the collection and use of data as described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted. While we strive to accurately identify orphaned and unused content, we recommend reviewing items before deletion.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sweeplify shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data or profits.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sweeplify from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

11. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of any significant changes.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
